We created our distillery to be an echo of a time when we knew the people making our local products. You can come in and shake the hand of the person who made your rum, and we’ll give you a tour. We’re personable and friendly. While the rest of the world is speeding up, we’re returning to a slower pace of life. We’re returning to normal.

Our livelihoods depend on people buying local, so we put our money where our mouths are. We use locally-made products as often as we can, and support people in Ohio whenever possible. The spices for our Spiced Rum come from North Market Spices. We buy all of our grain from Rustic Brew Farm and Brandt Family Farm. And even though Ohio has great soil for sugar cane, we don’t have a 10-month growing season, so no one grows it – BUT we still buy it from a company based in Ohio.

In short, we keep money flowing in Central Ohio to support the great people living here.
