Thank you for your interest in vending at WinterFest Columbus on Dec. 7, 2024, in Columbus, Ohio!

To apply for a food vending space, please complete the application below. All food vendors wishing to participate must first complete this application. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

The vendor fee for this event will be 10% of each food vendor’s gross sales.

Applicants must create an account when completing the application. Once an account is created, applicants will have the ability to save and return to their application until it is submitted.

First consideration will be given to applications submitted by 11:59 p.m. EST on Sunday, Sept. 15, 2024. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and notification of acceptance or nonacceptance will be sent by email to all applicants. Incomplete applications may not be accepted or the menu may be restricted. Once the application is submitted, NO changes may be made without contacting Event Management.
